Pi Consulting has been awarded a contract to implement European Union Special Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUSR) project Local Government
Initiative.
In the context of the EUSR’s mandate, the EUSR aims to facilitate the political process in BiH with a view to building self-sustaining peace and stability and helping the country to move beyond peace implementation towards European integration. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the BiH Governments' (FBiH, RS, Brcko District) strategies to further deepen and implement the Reform Agenda at the lower levels of Government authority. The specific objective is to provide event planning and implementation expertise, economic research and administrative support to the work of the EU sponsored Joint Commission on Local Government Initiative.
The overall result of the project is to esure that the expert work of background briefing preparation and data collation is completed to the required level of detail for the Commissioners, and ensure that the administrative and logistic requirements of the work of theJoint Commission have been met effectively and efficiently.
