Capacity building of Governments to include civil society organisations (CSOs) in decision-making
Pi Consulting, as part of a consortium with Ecorys Nederland B.V. (NL) and Eptisa Servicios de Ingenieria S.L. (ES) and led by ECORYS South East Europe Ltd has been shortlisted for the European Union project Capacity building of Governments to include civil society organisations (CSOs) in decision-making.
The objective of the project is to assist Bosnia and Herzegovina’s governments to better include CSOs in decision and policy-making and improve/develop their strategic documents defining cooperation with CSOs and social partners (employees, employers, governments) in an inclusive, evidence-based process. The project will target the problem of weak cooperation and dialogue between governments and civil society in Bosnia and Herzegovina and extend support to social dialogue and social partners (employees, employers, and governments), including on issues such as legislation, collective negotiations, assessing the need for new legislation, drafting laws and monitoring the implementation of reforms. Project activities will be implemented through technical assistance to government structures in charge of civil society cooperation and social dialogue.
