Within this area we deliver custom made trainings on Conflict Prevention.
The aim of the training is:
- To learn how conflicts occur, what causes them and how to prevent them through better communication in the future;
- To present and explain different ways of communication including, but not limited to, to verbal, nonverbal communication and efficient professional communication; and
- To increase the level of teamwork and team cohesion.
