Pi Consulting successfully delivered a fully serviced training on Improvement in Communication as Conflict Prevention for the Delegation of the European Union in BiH

Pi Consulting successfully delivered a fully serviced training on Improvement in Communication as Conflict Prevention for the staff of the Delegation of the European Union in BiH. The training took place on 18 March 2015 at Jahorina. 

 The objectives of the training were:

1. To learn how conflicts occur, what causes them and how to prevent them through better communication in the future;
2. To present and explain different ways of communication including, but not limited to, to verbal, nonverbal communication and efficient professional communication; and
3. To increase the level of teamwork and team cohesion.
